Study of galicaftor/navocaftor/ABBV-576 combination therapy in adults with cystic fibrosis who have at least one F508del mutation and are on stable elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (Trikafta) treatment. , protocol number Abbvie M19-771This study will look at the safety and effectiveness of the galicaftor/navocaftor/ABBV-576 combination therapy, a combination of CFTR modulators intended to help CFTR protein function closer to normal. This study is for adults with cystic fibrosis who have at least one F508del mutation.

Study to evaluate nebulized BX004-A in adults with cystic fibrosis and chronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa (BiomX Phase 1b/2a) , protocol number BiomX BMX-04-001 Part 1This study is testing the safety and tolerability of nebulized BX004-A, a bacteriophage drug intended to treat infections in the lung. Bacteriophages are specialized viruses that kill very specific bacterial strains. Multiple doses of the drug will be tested in adults with cystic fibrosis and chronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PsA) to find the best dose.

Observational study of adults with cystic fibrosis for colorectal cancer screening (NICE-CF) , protocol number NICE-CFThis observational study will compare stool-based testing to colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening in people with CF.
